2. Puppies and Sales

2.1 Puppy Selection: Lil' Sprouts Frenchies reserves the right to select suitable families for our French Bulldog puppies based on compatibility, experience, and living conditions.

2.2 Pricing: Prices for our French Bulldog puppies are outlined on our website and are subject to change. Prices include vaccinations, microchipping, and initial health checks.

2.3 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. The remaining balance is due upon puppy pickup or delivery.

3. Health and Guarantees

3.1 Health Checks: All Lil' Sprouts Frenchies puppies undergo thorough veterinary examinations, vaccinations, and are dewormed before leaving our care.

3.2 Health Guarantee: We provide a limited health guarantee for a specified period. Please refer to the guarantee details outlined in our separate health guarantee document.

4. Adoption Process

4.1 Application: Prospective buyers are required to complete an adoption application. Lil' Sprouts Frenchies reserves the right to decline any application.

4.2 Home Visit: In some cases, a home visit may be required to ensure a safe and suitable environment for our French Bulldogs.

5. Breeding Restrictions

5.1 No Kennel Breeders: Lil' Sprouts Frenchies does not sell puppies to kennel breeders. Exceptions may be made for small, experienced home breeders after careful consideration.

5.2 Spaying/Neutering: We may require spaying/neutering of our puppies, and details will be outlined in the adoption agreement.

6. Waitlist and Reservations

6.1 Waitlist: Lil' Sprouts Frenchies offers a waitlist for upcoming litters. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a puppy, and placements are made based on availability.

6.2 Reservation Priority: Waitlist participants have priority in selecting a puppy before the general public.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 Updates and Communications: Lil' Sprouts Frenchies may send periodic updates and communications to adopters regarding the health and well-being of our puppies.

7.2 Liability: Lil' Sprouts Frenchies is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by our puppies once they have left our care.
